Biography:
Dimitris Dimitriadis is a Greek author born in Thessaloniki in 1944. He studied theater and cinema at the INSAS (Institut National Supérieur des Arts du Spectacle) in Brussels between 1963 and 1968. He is a member of the Société des écrivains grecs and has translated numerous authors into Greek, including Balzac, Bataille, Blanchot, Courteline, Duras, Eschyle, Euripide, Genet, Gombrowicz, Koltès, Molière, Nerval, Shakespeare, and Williams. He has also written poetry and novels, and his plays have been performed in France and Greece. He is best known in France for his play 'L'annonce faite à Cassandre'.
