The Archaeological Museum of Đerdap is located in Kladovo, Serbia. It was established in 1976, with the aim of preserving and promoting the rich archaeological heritage of the Đerdap region. The museum's collection includes numerous artifacts from the Mesolithic, Neolithic, and Roman periods, as well as from the medieval era. The museum's most famous exhibit is the Lepenski Vir archaeological site, which is considered one of the most important archaeological sites in Europe. The museum also manages the Lepenski Vir archaeological site and the Đerdap National Park, which was designated a UNESCO global geopark in July 2020. The museum's mission is to promote the cultural and historical heritage of the Đerdap region, and to contribute to the development of cultural tourism in the area.
