Biography:

Benito Martínez Creel is a Mexican artist born in Madrid, Spain in 1958. He grew up in Mexico and has developed most of his work in the United States. Martínez Creel studied at the Otis Institute of Art and Design in Los Angeles, California. He is known for his Latin American paintings and sculptures, and his work has been translated into over 21 languages and is currently read in more than 85 countries.
