César Itzcoatl Guerrero Martínez is a Mexican artist born in 1985 in Tlahuac, Mexico. He is the founder and CEO of El Negro Diseño. He is primarily known for his Bato series of paintings of pachucos and rucas, as well as his abstracted landscapes that incorporate Aztec imagery and history. He has also created murals, including 'El agua' (2017).
