Biography:

The Delegation Provincial of the Ministry of Agriculture, National Institute of Colonization (INC) was an organization created in Spain in 1939, dependent on the Ministry of Agriculture. Its creation was motivated by the need to carry out a social and economic reform of the land after the devastation of the Spanish Civil War. The main objective of the INC was to carry out the necessary transformation of the productive space, with the aim of improving the agricultural production of the country and the living conditions of the rural population.
