The company initially produced utilitarian wares such as storage jars, tankards, and drain pipes, but later expanded to include decorative items such as art pottery and bone china tableware. The company was renamed Royal Doulton in 1901 after receiving a royal warrant. In 2005, the company was acquired by WWRD Holdings Limited, which was later acquired by Fiskars Corporation in 2015. Royal Doulton is known for its tableware, figurines, cookware, glassware, and other home accessories.
