Biography:

Filip Pręgowski is a Polish painter and free lance conservator of easel and wall paintings. He was born in 1973 in Toruń, Poland. Pręgowski studied on Fine Arts Faculty at the Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland. He works as a painter and free lance conservator of easel and wall paintings. In 2009, he participated in the conference 'Remembering Flannery O’Connor 100 Years after Her Birthday: Transnational, Intersectional and Multidisciplinary Approaches'. Pręgowski is also a post-doc. studies Philosophy, Art History, and Critical Theory at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He is currently the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
