Giovanni di Niccolò de Luteri, also known as Dosso Dossi, was a prominent Italian Renaissance painter who belonged to the School of Ferrara. Born in Tramuschio, Italy around 1489, he died in 1542. Dosso Dossi was a court artist to the Este Dukes of Ferrara and Modena from 1514 until his death.
