Goh Heeseung is a South Korean singer and member of the K-pop group ENHYPEN. He was born on October 15, 2001, in Uiwang, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Heeseung's full name is Lee Heeseung, and his stage name 'Heeseung' means 'Emperor' and 'succeed'. He has an older brother who is 2 years older than him. He started dreaming to become a singer when he was 6. He covered BTS' DNA during a school function with his friends. After taking an entrance test at Hanlim Arts High school, he was approached by 7-8 company officials to cast him. Bighit Entertainment wanted the contract the soonest, and he wanted to be there as well, so he signed the contract. Heeseung audition for Hanlim Arts High School with 'A Little Girl' by Oh Hyuk. As a Bighit trainee, he was the trainee representative for the 'New Staff Development Team.' He trained under BigHit for 3 years and 1 month before he transferred to BE:LIFT Lab. During the BTS Test in I-LAND, he received the highest score of 93 of the show for his Fake Love performance. In the final episode of I-LAND, he placed 5th by global votes with a total of 1,137,323 votes.
