João Perry de Sousa Gomes is a Portuguese actor and director. He was born on July 21, 1940, in Lisbon, Portugal. His father was also an actor who used the same stage name. Perry began his acting career at the age of 12, invited by Amélia Rey Colaço to join the Teatro Nacional D. Maria II's company. He made his debut in 'Rapaziadas' at the Teatro Nacional in 1953. Perry has worked with various companies, including Vasco Santana's and has participated in numerous plays, films, and television shows throughout his career.
