Biography:
Jabi Machado was a Spanish artist known for his unique figurative style that blended elements of surrealism and fantasy. He was an autodidact and worked with various mediums, drawing inspiration from the history and analysis of painting. His work often featured vibrant colors and distorted forms, evoking a sense of humor and irony. Machado's art has been compared to that of Lucian Freud, Francis Bacon, Edward Hopper, and Pablo Picasso, among others. He was represented by Galería Cesar Sastre in Sevilla and had numerous individual exhibitions throughout his career.
