Biography:

Kazimierz Wasilkowski was a Polish painter born in Warsaw, Poland in 1861. He died in 1934. He was known for his paintings of women, including the painting 'Salome'. He studied at the Warsaw School of Drawing and was the brother of the sculptor Leopold Wasilkowski. He was also the husband of the painter Maria Nostitz-Jackowska.
