Lee Jeong, also known as Lee Jeong(李霆, 1541-1626), was a Korean artist born in Seoul, South Korea in 1541 and died in 1626. He is one of the representative artists of the mid-Joseon Dynasty, particularly known for his bamboo paintings. One of his most famous works is 'Bamboo on a rainy day' painted on silk. King Sejong is his great-grandfather.
