Biography:
Ksado, also known as Luis Casado Fernández, was a Spanish photographer born in Ávila in 1888. He learned his trade in the studio of the well-known photographer José Pacheco and worked there for ten years. He later moved to Santiago de Compostela and became the city's official photographer. Ksado was known for his photographs of Galician life and culture, and his work has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Ortega y Gasset prize in 2000. He died in Santiago de Compostela in 1972.
