Mary Kay Hitchner is an American artist known for her quiltmaking. She is the mother of Douglas Hitchner, who is married to Hallie Jackson, a Senior Washington Correspondent for NBC News. Tulips Aglow, created in 1989, is one of Hitchner's notable works, which is part of the collection at The National Quilt Museum in Paducah, Kentucky, United States. The quilt was featured in the museum's celebration of its 30th anniversary in 2021.
