Biography:
Milan Paštéka was a Slovak painter born in Trenčín in 1931. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava in the studio of Ľudovít Fulla and later under Ján Želibský. He was a member of the Mikuláš Galanda Group and his work is characterized by the representation of the human being in relation to space. He died in 1998 in Voznica.
