Biography:

Neri da Rimini, also known as Neri Rimini, was an Italian miniature painter and painter born in Rimini around 1270. He was one of the first protagonists of Gothic miniature in Italy and is known for his activity documented by a series of signed works with their respective dates of realization, allowing to follow the evolution of his art. He was active from 1300 until beyond 1322.
