Nychos, also known as Markus Gellert, is an Austrian illustrator, urban artist and graffiti artist born in 1982 in Bruck an der Mur, Austria. He is known for his characteristic dissection, cross-section, x-ray and translucent styles, often depicting animals and characters. Nychos is an integral part of the international street art scene and has created hundreds of murals around the world. His work has been exhibited in numerous galleries and museums. Buff Monster, also known as Michael Dutton, is a New York City street artist who uses bright colors, bold lines and funny characters to make the world a better place. He began his art career making graffiti over two decades ago. In 1997, the young artist moved to New York City, where he began to develop his unique style. He is known for his surreal and vibrant characters, often inspired by heavy metal music and ice cream. Nychos and Buff Monster collaborated in 2014 for the POW! WOW! Hawaii festival, creating the 'Heavy Metal' mural.
