Biography:
Rebeca Carapiá is a Brazilian artist, born in 1988 in Salvador, Bahia. She is interested in the relationships produced between language, conflict, body and territory. Carapiá holds a bachelor's degree from the Federal University of Bahia and is currently a master student at the Universidade Federal da Bahia. Her work has been exhibited in numerous key galleries and museums such as Museu de Arte Moderna (MAM) of São Paulo. She is represented by Galeria Leme.
