Rosa Serrano Sánchez, also known as Rosa Serrano, was born in Huesca, Spain in 1974. She is a Spanish politician and senator. She was elected to the Spanish Senate in 2019 representing the province of Huesca. She is a member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). She is also a member of the PSOE's Federal Executive Committee and the PSOE's Aragonese Regional Executive Committee. She is the PSOE's candidate for the European Parliament in the 2024 election. She is married and has one daughter. She has been a member of the PSOE since 2009.
