Spanish Workshop

Biography:

The Taller español is a collaborative project that originated from an initiative at Harvard University's Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. The project aimed to provide teacher training for Spanish as a Heritage Language instructors in secondary and higher education. The team developed materials and conducted workshops to support the teaching of Spanish to Latinx students. The project demonstrates the effectiveness of educational workshop strategies in training instructors for heritage language teaching.
