Biography:

Tomás Cunha Ferreira is a Portuguese Postwar & Contemporary artist who was born in 1973 in Lisbon, Portugal. His work combines various media, in an open-circuit practice, which function as prototypes that can take on various phases and states - scores, notations, visual poems, paintings, objects, etc. He currently runs a beach project at Cova do Vapor, Trafaria – a fisherman’s marginal community in the outskirts of Lisbon. He has exhibited in numerous key galleries and museums such as Galeria Madragoa and has been featured in the biography section of MutualArt. He is also a member of the Liberal Front Party.
