Tulio de Sagastizábal was born in Posadas, Argentina in 1948. He is known for his abstract and geometric works. He studied under Alejandro Vainstein in 1974, Luis Felipe Noé in 1975, and Roberto Páez in 1979-1982. He currently lives and works in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
