Biography:

Leon Reid IV, also known as VERBS and Darius Jones, is an American artist widely credited as being among the pioneers of 21st century street art. He was born in Richmond, VA in 1979 and received his BFA from Pratt Institute in 2002 and his MA from Central St Martin's in 2004. Reid's body of work is known for communicating directly with its surrounding community and often incorporates elements of street installation and culture jamming. He currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
