, a renowned Brazilian painter, sculptor, and poet, was born on December 19, 1899, in Recife, Brazil. He was part of a rich Pernambuco family and began his artistic journey at a young age. In 1911, he traveled to Paris, where he attended the Académie Julian, as well as the academies Colarossi and the Grande Chaumiére.

Artistic Achievements
