Biography:
Waldemar Woźniak (born 28 February 1948 in Gdańsk, died 11 July 2024) was a Polish painter and draftsman. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Warsaw. His works are characterized by a unique style, combining elements of surrealism and expressionism. He has had numerous individual and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Woźniak's paintings are in the collections of many museums and private collectors. He was a professor at the University of Warsaw and a member of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences.
