Biography:

Jose Abcede is a photographer from Malaysia. He is known for his work with the World Health Organization (WHO) and has published several journal articles. He has also worked as a Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2016, where he elevated health as a political issue nationally, regionally and globally. In addition to his work in photography and politics, Abcede has also been recognized for his contributions to the field of language, with a definition of 'abcédé' being included in the French language dictionary.
