Yamamoto Shunkyo was a Japanese painter born in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture, Japan in 1871. He died in Shiga, Japan in 1933. Yamamoto Shunkyo was a pupil of Kōno Bairei, Nomura Bunkyo and Mori Kansai. He became a professor at the Kyoto College of Arts.
