Biography:
Chang-Ling, also known as Zhang Àilíng, was a Taiwanese artist born in Hualien in 1920. She passed away in 1995. Chang-Ling studied at the École nationale supérieure d'art de Bourges in France in the early 2000s and later at the Asia Art Archive in Hong Kong. Her works are known for their use of glass as a medium and are often divided into five themes, including Flesh Landscape and Flesh Birds. Chang-Ling's art has been exhibited in galleries and museums, and she has had several monographs published featuring her paintings.
