A Dutch Delft De Porceleyne Fles Peace Palace plate designed in the Persian style by Adolf le Comte (1850-1921). The plate commemorates the opening of the Peace Palace in The Hague on 28 August 1913. The building houses the International Court of Justice and the permanent Court of Arbitration.
