White silk organza over white silk taffeta debutante gown; sweetheart neckline, low back; off-the-shoulder sleeves; fitted natural waist; slightly conical-shaped boned bodice; full bouffant skirt; applied buttercream silk satin stylized foliate padded stems, dimensional rosebuds and roses on bottom half of skirt, bodice, sleeves; rose centers embellished with clear beads, sequins, rhinestones; center back zipper closure; attached inner underskirt in pellon-backed silk twill with horsehair stiffening band at hem; attached multilayer tulle petticoat.
