Locomotive of American influence built in 1914 by Berliner Maschinenbau L. Schwartzkopf in Germany. The principal services operated were between Porto and Régua whilst they often worked freight on the branch to the Port of Leixões. They were allocated to the depots at Porto-Campanhã, Contumil and Régua. Less regularly, they were used on freight trains on te Minho line and short trip workings between Gaia and Porto-Campanhã stations, replacing locomotives from the south, but which were prohibited by weight restrictions from crossing the Maria Pia bridge. Serving until 1972.
