Saint Dominic Adoring the Crucifixion (1441-42) is a Fresco by the an Early Italian Renaissance painter Fra Angelico. The fresco (340 x 206 cm) is situated in the Northern corridor, to left of the staircase accessing the upper floor. According to the tradition (non-documented), the face of the saint is a self-portrait. The fresco is enclosed in a later frame.
