On the deck of a vessel with numerous extras on board, in the middle left part there is a figure of a full body gentleman, head up, in profile, dressed in the Renaissance fashion, with a beard and long brown hair; pointing in the distance with your left arm. Behind him, one of six extras makes an identical gesture. The whole group turns to the side of the boat, standing out religious in black habit with a white book in his right hand, another element crouched in front of a trunk and cargo handling (barrels). In the upper right plan, two figures can be seen, one of which has the right arm raised. In the background, boats at sea, birds flying, patches of land in the distance, sky with reddish tones.
