Representation of three Afro-descendant men facing the left of the composition. The first plays the trumpet, wears white pants and shirt, a blue cape and a tall top hat. The second plays the drum, wears a suit and a white shirt. It also has a small, rounded white hat. The third wears brown pants below the knees, the underwear with white edges stands out. He also has a white shirt and over it a green poncho with vertical lines. On his head he carries a cage with a bird inside and whose upper end ends with the Peruvian flag.This image represents the announcements prior to the celebration of the cockfights, a retinue that walked shouting through the streets showing one of the specimens for the event to attract the attention of the public.
