Chicago City Hall-Cook County Building, Clark Street façade from Washington StreetEleven-story light-colored building split into three sections. The bottom floors feature smooth exterior walls and thirteen-bays. Middle section features twelve Corinthian columns. Top section consists of the cornice and roofline. There are skyscrapers visible in the background and a city street with cars in the foreground.
