(2)Dew Kim’s eye-catching installation uses the format of a flash music video to view the concept of gender, fragmenting exponentially as it is expanded along a spectrum, through the lens of Shamanism. He focuses on the physical performances commonly found in shamanic activities and attempts to reconstruct narrative of queerness, gender, and even transhuman and posthuman identities through the language of K-pop.
