Lv Shengzhong was born in 1952 in Pingdu, Shandong Province. He is good at New Year pictures. He graduated from the Art Department of Shandong Normal University in 1978, and was admitted by the Graduate School of Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1987. He then stayed at the university to teach. Now he is the president and professor of the Experimental Art College of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, as well as a member of the Chinese Artists Association.
