Naina Dalal studied painting at Baroda under K.G Subramanyan and later trained in printmaking in London and New York. Her works usually feature portraits of women and explore their relationship with society. She has had solo, group, and retrospective graphics shows to her credit in various parts of India and abroad. Her works are in public and private collections in India and New York, Victoria & Albert Museum, London, Berlin Museum of Indian Art and several others. She has also received several awards and fellowships.
