Navid Nuur explores sensory and physical experiences both in the production processes of his works and in the context of the relationships the audience establishes with them. Rather than associating his practice with any particular medium, Nuur defines his works, which examine the bodily, spatial and temporal possibilities surrounding physical experience, with the word “intermodule” – an expression coined as a combination of the words “interim” and “module” to connote intermediate space.
