Alessandro Bergonzoni is an Italian comedian, cabaret artist, playwright, writer, humorist, actor and lyricist. He was born in Bologna on July 21, 1958. He has written and performed fifteen theatrical works and six books. He has also worked in cinema, including in the film 'Pinocchio' (2002) directed by Roberto Benigni. He is known for his surreal style and has been described as a 'militant of the word'. He has also given courses on migration and has been involved in social and political issues.
