Allison Cooke Brown is an American artist born in Boston in 1967. She is known for her mixed media works, including collages and assemblages, often incorporating found objects and text. Her work explores themes of memory, identity, and the passage of time. Cooke Brown has exhibited her work in galleries and museums across the United States, including the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park in Lincoln, Massachusetts. She has also received numerous awards and grants for her work, including a fellowship from the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Cooke Brown currently lives and works in the Boston area.
