Biography:

Andrea Nacciarriti was born in Ostra Vetere, Italy in 1976. He studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti, Bologna from 1998 to 2003. In 2005, he attended the advanced course in Visual Arts at the Fondazione Antonio Ratti, Como. He has participated in residency programs in China, Finland, and Morocco. Nacciarriti's work often deals with questions of history, contradictions, and the relationship between the artist and the viewer. He currently lives and works in Milan.
