Biography:

Antonio Citterio is an Italian architect and designer, born in 1950 in Meda, Italy. He studied architecture at the Politecnico di Milano and opened his own studio in 1972. In 1987, he began collaborating with Terry Dwan, and in 1999, he founded the studio Antonio Citterio and Partners with Patricia Viel. Citterio has received numerous awards for his work, including two Compasso d'Oro awards in 1987 and 1994. He has worked with many prestigious brands, such as B&B Italia, Vitra, and Hermès, and has designed buildings in Europe and Japan. Citterio is known for his minimalist and functional designs, and his work has been exhibited in museums around the world.
