Biography:
Blanche Ory-Robin was a French artist born in Rouen in 1862 and died in Paris in 1942. She was a chasublière and brodeuse. She is known for her textile work 'Tournesols et perroquets' created in 1905, in collaboration with Paul Vera. She also created a tapestry called 'Seul le silence est grand' around 1910. Her work is part of the collections of the Musée d'Orsay and the Musée de Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
