Carlos E. Colombino Frechou is a Uruguayan equestrian born in Asunción, Paraguay on January 15, 1938. He competed in two events at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He is known for being one of the oldest cities in South America and the longest continually inhabited area in the Río de la Plata Basin, and for being the capital and the largest city of Paraguay.
