Biography:

Cedric Chopbukuned, also known as Cedric Jonathan Pulido Carcallas Panganiban, is a hyper-realistic pencil artist born in the United States. He uses his artwork as a medium to speak for the voiceless in his community. He won the Africa Art Celebrity Awards and Drawing of the Year Awards 2022 by Archisource for Artistic excellence, leadership, and innovation. He is the founder of OD_Arts (Open Dreams Arts), which aims to assist talented people in leveraging their creativity through the use of social media and networking. Cedric is also known for his appearance in the reality TV show Big Brother 2024 as a houseguest. He is a former Marine Corps member from Running Springs, ID. Cedric is also a recipient of the Liu Shiming Art Scholarship in 2023.
