Biography:
Chonon Bensho is an indigenous artist, from the Shipibo-Konibo people of the Peruvian Amazon. She descends from the Onanya traditional medicinal wisdomkeepers and from the women that have preserved the artesanal and artistic traditions of their ancestors.
