Christoph Lencker was a German enameler born in Nuremberg in 1565. He was one of the most important artists of the so-called 'Nuremberg school of enamelers'. He was known for his detailed and precise enamel work, often depicting still lifes, animals, and landscapes. He died in Nuremberg in 1632.
