Biography:
Cleto Ciocchinni was an Argentine painter born in the Province of Buenos Aires in 1899. He studied art in La Plata and Buenos Aires, and later perfected his skills in Paris, Rome, Florence, and Madrid. Ciocchinni is best known for his portrayals of the human figure and marine landscapes, often featuring the life and characters of the port of Mar del Plata, where he lived for more than 40 years. He died in 1974.
